The Final Conference of the DoD project was held on the 19th October during the Qualifications & Skills for AM session, in the context of the 1st International -AM Conference, organized by European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF) in Portugal This was a special event, dedicated to celebrate EWF 30th Anniversary, among a wide international audience of AM academics, experts, industrials and researchers.

For this occasion, Harry Bikas, Research Engineer at the Laboratory for Manufacturing Systems and Automation at University of Patras was responsible for presenting DoD project in terms of motivation and outcomes. At the end of conclude the session, attendees participated in a demonstration about the online course which enabled them to explore the main contents and features of the designed 3D Printing for MEX Moodle platform.
